Police Arrest Two Over Acts of Cultism, Recovers Military Uniform, Others
The Anambra State Police Command has arrested two suspects, 30-year-old Victor Ikechukwu and 35-year-old Ifeanyi Uyanne, in connection with a case of cultism.
The Anambra State Police Command has arrested two suspects, 30-year-old Victor Ikechukwu and 35-year-old Ifeanyi Uyanne, in connection with a case of cultism.
It was gathered that the suspects were arrested following a shooting incident that occurred on the 7th of April, 2021, at Tempsite Okpuno, Awka in Anambra State.
A statement by the Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu on Thursday disclosed that one tinted Toyota Corolla Vehicle and one suspected military Cap uniform were recovered.
Also, two yet to be identified young men ‘who sustained gunshot wounds were found at the crime scene. They were rushed to a nearby hospital but were confirmed dead by a doctor on the ground.’
