According to ExpressNG, Governor Uzodinma was quoted saying “Not even INEC can intimidate the APC candidate in the Anambra Governorship election. We’ve got lots of signals over the malpractices going on in different wards of the state.
“We are peace abiding Political Party but if anything undemocratic goes on in this election and the collation of Pooling Units results, we have no other options than to challenge the election process in the court of law.”
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has not declared a winner but so far, the APGA candidate is winning with collated results so far.
Recall that Governor Hope Uzodinma was the fourth runner up in the 2019 Imo State Gubernatorial election but was declared the winner by the Supreme Court.
