The Governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodimma, has directed all government appointees seeking elective positions to tender their resignation.

He made this known at the State Executive meeting in Owerri, Imo State on Wednesday.

He directed them to submit their letters of resignation on or before Monday, 16th of May 2022.

This comes just as President Muhammadu Buhari directed all his appointees seeking elective positions to tender their resignation.
