Buhari Departs for London Over Medical Check-Up

President Muhammadu Buhari departs for London, United Kingdom on Monday, October 31st 2022 for a routine medical checkup.

A statement made available by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity revealed that President Buhari will be back in the second week of November 2022.

President Muhammadu Buhari leaves for London, United Kingdom, on October 31, 2022, a for routine medical check-up.

He returns to the country in the second week of November 2022.”

President Buhari defied the 2015 promises of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC to end medical tourism in the country.

Meanwhile, several medical doctors ans health workers are migrating en masse to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and other developed countries.
