Five Police Operatives Arrested Over Teenager’s Death
Five police operatives of the Plateau State Police Command have been arrested for the alleged killing of a 17-year-old boy, Ibuchim Ofezie at Terminus Market, Jos, Plateau State on Monday.
Five police operatives of the Plateau State Police Command have been arrested for the alleged killing of a 17-year-old boy, Ibuchim Ofezie at Terminus Market, Jos, Plateau State on Monday.

Late Ofezie was killed after police operatives attached to the C Division stormed the Terminus market to chase down on illegal commercial motorcyclists.
The officers who chased the illegal motorcyclist shot into the air as they pursued them which resulted in the death of the teenager.
While condemning the irrational behaviour of the personnel, the Commissioner of Police revealed that the patrol team have been arrested and are currently undergoing investigations at the Homicide Section of the Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) of the state command.
