INEC, APC Rejects Evidence Provided by Peter Obi, Labour Party
The Counsels to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, All Progressive Party, President Bola Tinubu, and Vice President Kashim Shettima have rejected the presentation of evidence by the counsels of the Labour Party and Peter Obi at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja on Thursday.

Objecting to the document, the counsels informed the five-member panel of judges led by Justice Simon Tsammani that it will file out a written address with its reason for objection.
Documents of form EC8As from 23 LGA in Benue State have now been admitted as evidence marked as exhibit PC1 and PC2, also documents of 16 LGA in Rivers State, 18 of Cross River State, 23 LGA of Niger State, and 20 LGA from Ekiti State.

The case was adjourned to Friday, 2nd June 2023.
The Labour Party and Mr. Obi are challenging the process of the 2023 general election and also the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the election.
