PEPT: Court Adjourns Obi, Labour Party’s Suit as It Admits Evidence
The Court of Appeal has adjourned the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to next week Monday while giving a free day on Saturday to the Counsels but warned that it will be counted as one of their days.

It also made it clear that all cases of the Labour Party will start at 2 pm while that of the Peoples Democratic Party will start at 9 am.

The Counsels to Peter Obi and Labour Party presented form EC8A sheets of 21 LGA of Adamawa State, 8 LGA in Bayelsa State, 31 LGA in Oyo State, 18 LGA in Edo State, 20 LGA in Lagos State, 31 LGA in Akwa Ibom State which was received as evidence by the five-member panel of judges led by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani.
However, the Counsels to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, objected to the admission of these documents and promised to state reasons at the stage of written address.
