NDDC Rep. Dimgba Congratulates Tinubu Over Supreme Court Victory
Chief Dr. Eruba Dimgba, the Abia State Representative on the Board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his well-deserved victory at the Supreme Court today.
Chief Dr. Eruba Dimgba, the Abia State Representative on the Board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his well-deserved victory at the Supreme Court today.

This was made known by the Special Adviser to the NDDC Commissioner on Protocol and Political Matters, Engr. Sterling Chinwe Uruakpa in a statement on Thursday.
He applauded the Judiciary for their professionalism, especially in the conduct of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) and the Apex court of the country, the Supreme Court.
While commending the former Lagos State Governor, Chief Dimgba called on opponents to join hands and support President Tinubu to take the country to a higher height.

The Supreme Court had earlier today upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal striking out the evidence of subpoenaed witnesses called by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Dismissing the appeal filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party based on lack of merit, it said that the failure to transmit results through the INEC Result Reviewing Portal (IReV) by INEC cannot be the basis for nullifying the election and further stated that 25% of votes in the FCT is not a mandatory requirement for declaration of a candidate as the winner of the election.
