Boat Accident: Three More Bodies Recovered
Three more bodies of victims of a boat accident involving a movie cast have been recovered by the Marine Police of Anambra State Police Command.
Three more bodies of victims of a boat accident involving a movie cast have been recovered by the Marine Police of Anambra State Police Command.

This was made known by SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the Police Public Relations Officer on Friday stating that two of the bodies were recovered on the 11th of April while the last one was washed ashore by the tide on Friday morning.
He revealed that all the bodies had been deposited in a hospital mortuary in Asaba, Delta State while the President of the Guild of Actors and Actresses had been notified of the recovery.

Recall that a boat, one of the two which conveyed actors to a movie location in the Anambra West Local government area capsized while returning to Asaba on Wednesday killing popular actor John Odonwodo popularly known as Junior Pope and other crew members.
They were shooting a movie ‘The Other Side of Life’ as produced by Adanma Luke when the ugly incident happened.
Meanwhile, the producer Adanma Luke had reportedly turned herself into the police for questioning.
