Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has reversed the decision to revoke the property owned by former military governor General Anthony Stephen Ukpo (Ogeyi Place Le Meridian) Hotels Limited, located at Plot 319, GRA Phase II, Port Harcourt.

The land ownership was previously revoked by the immediate past administration led by the Minister of FCT Nyesom Wike for alleged government use.
According to the document seen by Newsleverage, it stated that the reason for the cancellation was that the Revocation was made in error.

Sir Fubara and his predecessor have been at loggerheads for many months over the administration of the oil-rich State.
Meanwhile, Pro-Wike supporters which include 21 out of 23 former LGA Chairmen are currently protesting in solidarity with the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike following the takeover of their different LGA councils by Governor Fubara.
