Police Arrest Suspects for Breaking and Stealing
Operatives of the Enugu State Police Command, serving in the New Haven Division, arrested Abuchi Kenneth and Ifeanyi Odu for breaking and stealing a Samsung Galaxy and Infinix smartphone from a car parked along the road at Rangers Avenue, Enugu.
Operatives of the Enugu State Police Command, serving in the New Haven Division, arrested Abuchi Kenneth and Ifeanyi Odu for breaking and stealing a Samsung Galaxy and Infinix smartphone from a car parked along the road at Rangers Avenue, Enugu.

The 27- and 29-year-old men were apprehended at Otigba roundabout in Enugu. They were found with the stolen phones and a Toyota Corolla car, reg. No. KUJ 614 CF, on September 24, 2024, around 4 p.m.

A preliminary investigation reveals that the suspects, who respectively gave their addresses as Zuba, Abuja, and Nekede Owerri, Imo State, surreptitiously broke into the parked car and made away with the phones.
According to DSP Daniel Ndukwe, the Police Public Relations Officer, the personnel acted swiftly upon receiving information on the criminal act and stated that the suspects would be arraigned in court soonest.
