Fire Outbreak Destroys Vitafoam Outlet, Others
A fire outbreak at the Old Airport Market in Jos, Plateau State, destroyed several shops, including Vitafoam, on Wednesday evening.
A fire outbreak at the Old Airport Market in Jos, Plateau State, destroyed several shops, including Vitafoam, on Wednesday evening.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or loss of life.
Eyewitnesses stated that the fire started around 4:00 PM, prompting a resident to alert the fire services in Jos South and Jos North.
Firefighters worked diligently to bring the blaze under control.
However, the properties damaged were substantial though the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
