Abia Govt Reopens Portal for Teachers Recruitment Exercise
State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education have informed applicants who were not shortlisted for the ongoing Abia State Teachers Recruitment Exercise due to issues related to date of birth, academic qualifications upload, phone number, Local Government Area or other discrepancies that the recruitment portal will be reopened from the evening of tomorrow to March 12, 2025.

State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education have informed applicants who were not shortlisted for the ongoing Abia State Teachers Recruitment Exercise due to issues related to date of birth, academic qualifications upload, phone number, Local Government Area or other discrepancies that the recruitment portal will be reopened from the evening of tomorrow to March 12, 2025.
A release signed by the Recruitment Committee for Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education Elder Goodluck Ubochi advises qualified candidates to log in to the portal www.mobse-abiastategov.ng and make necessary corrections before the deadline as the portal will close on March 12.

According to the release, the re-shortlisting process will be conducted for those who have successfully updated their information.
The release adds that SMS notifications will be sent to candidates who were successfully shortlisted after the correction process.
It requests applicants to contact the available helplines for enquiry.
