FG Declares Good Friday, Easter Monday Public Holidays
To mark the celebration of Good Friday and Easter Monday, the Federal Government has declared April 18 and 21st as public holidays.

Announcing it, the Minister of interior Dr Olubunmi Tunji-ojo emphasized the sacrifice and love shown by our Lord Jesus Christ having to die for the redemption of mankind.

He urged the Christian faithful to pray for the peace, unity and stability of the nation amid growing terrorism.
In a statement signed by Dr Magdalene Ajani, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, he reassured the people of the commitment of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President Bola Tinubu’s administration and urged the people to extend love to neighbours and others.
