Market Women Survive Ghastly Bus Accident on Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway

A bus conveying market women to a village market was involved in a serious accident earlier today along the Enugu-Port Harcourt expressway, between Ubakala and Ntigha.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred when one of the bus’s tyres burst, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and crash into the surrounding bushland.

In a video currently trending online, several of the survivors mostly women can be seen sitting on the ground in shock, visibly grateful for surviving what could have been a fatal crash. Many were seen praying and expressing deep appreciation to God for their safety.

Emergency responders and concerned passersby quickly arrived at the scene to offer assistance. As of the time of reporting, no fatalities have been confirmed, though the number of injuries sustained is yet to be verified.
