Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, CON, FCA, PhD, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Barrister Ikechukwu Uwanna, the Attorney General of Abia State, on his elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

In a congratulatory message issued on Thursday, Ogah described Uwanna’s elevation as a significant milestone not just for the legal luminary himself, but for the entire Abia State. He praised Uwanna for his professional excellence, legal acumen, and unwavering commitment to justice and good governance.

“Your new meritorious title is not just a personal milestone; it is a powerful affirmation of your legal acumen, professional integrity, and your steadfast dedication to the advancement of justice,” Ogah said.

Dr Ogah, a respected industrialist and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, also lauded other Abians who were recently conferred with the SAN title, noting that their accomplishments reflect the resilience and intellectual prowess of the state’s legal community.

“I also celebrate with all Abians who have recently attained the SAN rank. Your achievements reflect the collective strength, resilience, and excellence of our people,” he noted, adding that their recognition would serve as an inspiration for aspiring legal practitioners across the state.

He expressed optimism that the newly elevated SANs will continue to use their positions to promote justice, uphold the rule of law, and contribute meaningfully to national development.

“May this historic elevation for you and other SANs usher in a new era of impactful legal service, principled leadership, and meaningful contributions to our community and nation,” he said.

Ogah prayed for divine guidance, empowerment, and continued success for Barr. Uwanna and all newly elevated Senior Advocates of Nigeria from Abia State.
