United Nigeria Airlines Confirms Removal of VDM and Mr Jollof After On-Board Fight
The United Nigeria Airlines has issued an official statement addressing a disruptive incident involving social media personalities Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), and Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, popularly known as Mr Jollof, on one of its flights.

According to the airline, the disturbance occurred shortly before takeoff in Asaba, Delta State on Monday morning, prompting cabin crew to intervene after the confrontation escalated.
In its statement, the airline described the behaviour displayed by both passengers as “disgraceful” and in violation of standard safety and conduct regulations.
The airline stated that the pilot-in-command made the decision to deplane the passengers in the interest of maintaining safety and order on the flight. Both individuals were subsequently handed over to airport security for further assessment and necessary procedures.
Nigeria United Airlines reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of all travellers, noting that it maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unruly conduct on board its aircraft.
Meanwhile, Osai Success, the Senior Special Assistant to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has confirmed the arrest of the duo following the in-flight fight.
