‘Ned Nwoko Has Filed for Full Custody’ – Regina Daniels Claims Amid Marriage Crisis

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has said Senator Ned Nwoko has filed for full custody of their two children accusing him of deliberately exposing the children to media attention amid a custody dispute.

In a statement shared on social media, Daniels expressed that although many may assume she is coping well, no mother can truly be at peace while separated from her children. She explained that her silence over time was a conscious decision not to allow the pain of the situation to define or imprison her.

Daniels criticised what she described as the repeated public display of their children by their father, calling it a calculated attempt to attract negative attention. She questioned how a public figure with legislative experience could be unaware that such actions would inevitably draw intense media scrutiny, suggesting that the behaviour appeared driven more by a desire for public engagement than genuine parental responsibility.

While watching a video of her children, the actress revealed that it was the last communication with her children for now as Senator Nwoko allegedly dismissed all her nannies and pressured them into making false statements accusing her of violence and alcohol abuse in the presence of the children. She further claimed that despite already having physical custody of the children, he has filed for full custody.

Expressing disbelief at the situation, Daniels questioned whether she is truly being perceived as such a threat to warrant what she described as aggressive legal and personal actions against her. While acknowledging her age, she emphasised her devotion to motherhood, stating that she enjoys being a mother and deeply misses her children.

Daniels asserted that she will not be separated from her children indefinitely, describing the idea that she would abandon the fight for them as delusional. She vowed that she would see her children again soon.

As of the time of reporting, Ned Nwoko has not publicly responded to the allegations.
