According to the timetable, the party will commence its membership e-registration exercise nationwide from December 1, 2025, to January 30, 2026. The exercise is aimed at updating the party’s membership database ahead of the congresses.
Ward congresses are scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, followed by local government congresses on Friday, February 20, 2026.
The state congresses, during which state party executives are expected to emerge, will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Zonal congresses across the six geopolitical zones of the country have been fixed for Saturday, March 21, 2026. These will pave the way for the party’s national convention.
The APC National Convention is scheduled to be held from Wednesday, March 25, to Saturday, March 28, 2026. At the convention, national officers of the party are expected to be elected and key policy directions outlined.
