Nigeria Immigration Service Warns Public Against Fake Recruitment Websites
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has issued a public disclaimer warning Nigerians to be cautious of fake websites and advertisements circulating online, falsely claiming to conduct recruitment into the Service.

According to the statement, the NIS clarified that it is not running any independent recruitment exercise at the moment. The only ongoing recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service is being carried out by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB).

The Service advised applicants and members of the general public to rely solely on information provided through the official CDCFIB recruitment portal at recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng for accurate and up-to-date details.
The NIS emphasised that any other website, link, or recruitment advertisement outside the CDCFIB platform is unauthorised and should be completely disregarded.
