Abia Philanthropist Dr. Chima Anyaso Pushes for Increased Voter Registration
The Founder of CAADES Group and Abia-born philanthropist, Dr. Chima Anyaso, has called on Nigerians to take advantage of the ongoing voter registration exercise by enrolling ahead of future elections.

Speaking on the exercise, Dr. Anyaso described voter registration as a fundamental civic responsibility and a key pillar of Nigeria’s democratic process. He urged residents, particularly youths and first-time voters, not to miss the opportunity to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
According to him, meaningful change and good governance can only be achieved when citizens actively participate in the electoral process. He noted that voter registration empowers individuals to make their voices heard and influence decisions that shape the future of their communities and the nation.
Dr. Anyaso also appealed to community leaders, civil society organisations, and other stakeholders to intensify public sensitisation on the importance of voter registration. Increased participation, he said, would enhance accountability, transparency, and the credibility of elections.
Reaffirming his commitment to promoting civic engagement, youth inclusion, and sustainable development in Abia State and beyond, the philanthropist encouraged all eligible voters to visit designated registration centres before the close of the exercise.
