O.Y.O. Movement Backs Gov Otti’s Re-election, Endorses Anyaso for House of Representatives
A group in Abia, under the aegis of O.Y.O Movement has declared its support to the re-election of the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, endorsing Dr Chima Anyaso to represent Bende Federal Constituency in the 2027 elections.

The group in an event held in Igberre, Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, conferred the Grand patron of their association to Dr Chima Anyaso, pledging to support his political ambition.
According to the Leader of the group, Chief Uchechukwu Oguike, he attributed the honour bestowed on Dr Anyaso to his humanitarian efforts that cut across educational support, health care, women/youth empowerment, business grants among others.
He noted that among the over 35 philanthropists considered for the position, Dr Anyaso stood out due to his impactful contributions to the society.
The group further assured that it would mobilize support to ensure Dr Anyaso is elected into the House of Representatives, emphasizing that his track record of positively impacting lives even without holding public office demonstrates his capacity to deliver people-oriented leadership if elected.
Responding, Dr Chima Anyaso, commended the leadership of O.Y.O. Movement for their recognition and support, urging the members to be of good conduct, while calling on eligible voters across the state to revalidate their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), ahead of the elections. He equally encouraged them for continued support to the Governor Otti’s administration, so as to sustain ongoing developmental strides, while seeking backing for his own bid to represent Bende Federal Constituency, which he said would extend similar progress to the area.
