Ikwuano/Umuahia Women Endorse Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji for Reps.
The women of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency have endorsed Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji to represent them in the Green Chamber, citing his track record as the basis for their support.
They expressed this during the Ikwuano/Umuahia women’s programme held in Umuahia on Wednesday, 19th August, 2026.
Praying for him, the women said there was no going back to Egypt for them and stated that Rt. Hon. Orji served the people well during his tenure as Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, emphasising that he is more than a conqueror.
In response, Rt. Hon. Orji said that the best endorsement is that of the people. “What I just need is for the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency to give me the power so I can serve them and deliver the full dividends of democracy.”
