Mbeumo: Champions League Debut Has Always Been My Biggest Dream

Manchester United winger Bryan Mbeumo has expressed his excitement about finally getting the opportunity to play in the UEFA Champions League for the first time in his career.
Mbeumo, who was on the scoresheet in Manchester United’s 2-2 draw with Everton at St James’ Park over the weekend, could not contain his joy at the prospect of playing in Europe’s elite competition, describing it as one of his biggest career ambitions.
Bryan Mbeumo said: “I’m so happy because I have never played in the Champions League before. It has always been my dream, in fact, one of my biggest dreams. I’m grateful that Manchester United have made it possible for me to achieve this dream and reach the highest levels of football in my career.”
Manchester United are scheduled to face Sabah FK in their upcoming UEFA Champions League match on September 10, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. UK time at Old Trafford.
