Eze Eberechukwu Oji Commends Dr Okereke for Donating Project Management Books to Arochukwu Kingdom

His Eminence, Dr Eberechukwu Oji, Eze Aro of Arochukwu Kingdom, has commended Mazi Dr Okoro Chima Okereke, a project management practitioner and consultant, for donating professional books to support effective project management in Arochukwu Kingdom.

Eze Aro gave the commendation while receiving the books, in the presence of the President-General of Nzuko Arochukwu Worldwide, Mazi Dozie Udensi, who also received a copy donated to the Nzuko Aro Worldwide.

The monarch praised the donor for applying his professional expertise to address community development needs, describing the gesture as one with generational implications.

According to Eze Aro, the books would assist successive leaderships in strategically guiding the implementation of AroDep-2050 and other development initiatives in the kingdom.

Earlier, the representative of Dr Okereke, Mazi Dr Azubike Okoro Ugwuaro, explained that the donor, who is the Chairman of Aro STEM Association, was concerned about ensuring that the numerous community projects across Arochukwu are professionally managed and successfully delivered.

He said Dr Okereke, as an expert in project management, decided to contribute his professional knowledge by providing resources that could guide those entrusted with leadership and project execution.

Dr Azubike also disclosed that the author had made a similar donation to the Amuvi Welfare and Development Association on behalf of its project-executing agency, Amuvi Development Group (ADG).

In his remarks, the President-General of Nzuko Arochukwu Worldwide, Mazi Dozie Udensi, thanked Dr Okereke for the gesture and expressed hope that other Umu-Aro who share similar concerns would support efforts to obtain more copies for the planned Nzuko Aro library.

He said the books would help equip committees and individuals involved in community development with the knowledge required to deliver projects effectively.

The donated book, titled Achieving Successful and Sustainable Project Delivery in Africa, focuses on effective and efficient project management practices and policies for successful project implementation.

Meanwhile, the book was first published by Routledge in 2020 and is available through multiple online bookstores globally.
