The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, Response Team at Lekki recovered a body at the platoon from the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge on Thursday morning.

It was gathered that the victim jumped into the lagoon on Tuesday 8th August 2023.
The corpse has been bagged for onward transition and further processing by the Agency’s Response Team.
The recovered body has been handed over to the family of the deceased in conjunction with the LASEMA RESPONSE UNIT, SEHMU, LASWA Rescue Team, and officers of the Nigerian Police Force from Maroko Divisional Police Station.
