Police Arrest Two Men Who Defiled Minor in Father’s House

The Imo State Police Command has arrested two men, 42-year-old Abalake Chika and 25-year-old Uchenna Jude for defiling an 11-year-old girl in her father’s house.

A report by the spokesman of the command, Henry Okoye revealed that the suspects who hail from Umuokochi, Umuezeawula, Ihiagwa, Owerri West, and Umuakuntu, Ngor-Okpala Local Government Area respectively defiled the minor each time they worked at the father’s house.

“Sustained follow up to a case of defilement reported at Ihiagwa Division, Owerri on 10/08/2023, by the father of the victim from Umuakuntu, Umuoduagu, in Ngor-Okpala LGA, resulted to the arrest of 2 young men namely; Abalake Chika 42yrs, native of Umuokochi, Umuezeawula, Ihiagwa, Owerri West LGA and Uchenna Jude, 25yrs of Umuakuntu, Ngor-Okpala LGA.

“Medical reports revealed that the victim has a severe injury in her vulva as a result of defilement.
She also has opened up to her father & the Police narrating how the suspects defiled her repeatedly.”
