Trigger-Happy Udogachi Operative Shoots Lady Dead in Anambra

Chinedu Okonkwo, a suspect and member of the Udogachi security in Anambra State, has shot and killed Mrs Chimamaka Okeke have been arrested by the State Police Command.

The 36-year-old man from Ezza State Ezza in Ebonyi State and newly integrated into the security outfit came from Awka and shot the deceased at Ibeto junction in Nnewi on Tuesday.

According to him, he has no identity card, is undergoing the capturing process and has no training yet.

According to SP Tochukwu Ikenga on Wednesday, investigations are currently ongoing, and further developments will be communicated “following a report in the evening of yesterday, 15th April 2025, of the regrettable incident at Ibeto junction, Nnewi where a trigger-happy security operative shot a lady who was later identified as Chiamaka Okeke which resulted to her death.”
