Actress Lydia Forson Opens Up About Leaving Her Child In Orphanage
Award-winning Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson has debunked rumours that she has a child that she has left in an orphanage.

Speaking in an interview with BBC Pidgin, the celebrated actress said that she doesn’t have any child in any orphanage hence described those claims as mere rumours.
The screen goddess stated that she recently sees some things of her on social media which throws her into a state of surprise.
She disclosed that “One time them talk say me I go born wey I lef the child for the orphanage. Dem chaw me every day I wake up I go social media I read something new about myself I say ei I no know say you do so. So sometimes I wan ask my body ah Lydia you do wey you no tell we like a workshop?”.
Forson’s acting career started with a cameo role in “Hotel St. James” in 2005, “Run Baby Run” in 2006, “Different Shades of Blue” in 2007 and a stint in the reality show “The Next Movie Star” in Nigeria in 2007.
Shirley Frimpong Manso, CEO of Sparrow Productions, who had previously worked with her in the Ghanaian television series “Different Shades of Blue” brought Forson back to the screens through the movie “Scorned”.
This starring role led to her first African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) nomination as the Best Upcoming Female Actress.
