While speaking with The Guardian in an interview, he said that Otti should have addressed Abia-based journalists, who have details of projects being executed in the state.“For Otti to choose to address Lagos-based journalists, who are probably not aware of activities in Abia State, and allege that Ikpeazu has not performed commendably captures his mindset,” he said.

Ememanka who said the governor was addressing infrastructure challenges facing the state, described as mischievous and wicked, insinuations by Otti that Ikpeazu has not done anything in Abia State.
