Following the decision of the court earlier today to dismiss the rape allegation of the General Overseer of Commonwealth Zion church, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by Busalo Dakolo, Busalo has reacted to the decision saying that awareness is a victory.

Recall that Pastor Fatoyinbo was accused of raping the victim Busalo Dakolo when she was just 17-year-old but the pastor denied it and rather filed a case against her for defamation.
Well, the court has ruled on the case and asked Busalo Dakolo to pay Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo #1,000,000 for defamation.
In reaction to the court ruling, Busalo Dakolo said that when she embarked on exposing the man, she did for her own state of mind and to fight the trauma and fear which she has been living in since the incident.
She revealed that the court also stated in their ruling that the case has been statue barred. She added that she wanted to give voice to other victims of rape and ask them to speak out.
