The former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani Kayode has said that if the former President Olusegun Obasanjo was the present resident, he would have crushed Boko Haram, ISWAP and Fulani Militias.

He stated this while speaking about the insecurity situation in the country and also the government led by President Muhammadu Buhari’s plan of releasing the repentant Boko Haram back to civility.
He wrote, “If OBJ had been in power today the terrorists that plague our land would have been history. He was a President that loved his people & that had integrity, courage, power & strength. He would have crushed BH, ISWA & the Fulani militias & despatched them to hell long ago.”

Recall that a bill has been introduced by the Senate to install an agency that will see to the rehabilitation of the repentant Boko Haram insurgents.
This decision has caused an uproar in the country as many have disagreed on the agency saying that that will be protecting the killers of thousands of Nigeria.
