We are Ready to Light Up Our Street – John Okiyi Kalu

The Commissioner of information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu has stated that Abia State has over 5000 Street light waiting for installation.

He said this while appearing on BCA radio in the public arena with Ijeoma Nwakanma and monitored by Newsleverage, disclosing that the road will be lit starting from Ubakala to all parts of the capital city of the State as well as in the commercial city of Aba.

Chief Okiyi Kalu made it known that kinetically, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu is improving the well being of Abians.

When asked the impact Governor Ikpeazu has made on the State, he revealed that it was the active presence of the Governor in all sectors that made Abia rank third in Nigeria’s most preferred investment destination.

He said, “Investors have seen the high quality of infrastructure Governor Okezie Ikpeazu is building in the State which is why investors are trooping in. We have cold stone, chicken republic, market square and others.

They see the quality of infrastructure Okezie is inputting in the State and they come in to invest in the State.

The automated Shoe factory is showing the people the new idea in shoemaking and for a maximum of two years, all parts of shoemaking will be done in Aba. Thank God for the insight of Governor Ikpeazu, Port Harcourt road is on construction and very soon it will be a free way to getting what one requires in Aba.

All these things deal with job creation and it has impacted positively in the internal revenue of the state.

That is the kinetic impact of the administration. Governor Ikpeazu is everywhere, both in the road and other infrastructural development of the State.”
