As fuel scarcity looms in the country, passengers of a train heading to Lagos State from Ibadan has been left stranded over the non-availability of diesel.

This comes as Aviation Industry shuts down operations over the scarcity of fuel while Diesel is currently been sold at N850 per litre.
Relating the ordeal, a Twitter user Isaiah Obadare stated that the train was stuck in the forest as there was no more diesel in its tank.

“Boarded Train from Ibadan to Lagos. We’re still stuck in the forest with unknown Chinese Men.
They said fuel finished.
What a beautiful country, Nigeria.”
Twitter users have argued that trains normally know the diesel needed to head and come back from a destination and called for the sanction of the pilot.
