The unknown gunmen who attacked and set ablaze the Awada Police Station in Onitsha, Anambra State on Monday morning have been neutralized by the Joint Security Forces.

The gunmen attacked and killed two policemen before setting ablaze at the station in the early hours of Monday.
In a video that has gone viral, the people stated that the killing of the gunmen was a clear message to the people who are planning to burn police Stations or cause mayhem in the country.
It maintained that the people will fight back against any criminal act or behavior, especially in the upcoming general election.
