The Rector, Associate Professor Hagler Okorie, on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff, and Students of Abia State Polytechnic, Aba heartily Congratulate the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on his successful swearing-in as the 5th, Executive Governor of the state. We also felicitate with you our Visitor to Abia State Polytechnic, Aba.

The ovation that ushered in your emergence is a sign of your wide acceptability by Abians. The task before you is enormous, but your pedigree as a talented technocrat, human capital developer, and administrator per excellence is a reassurance that you are capable of the task ahead.

We also Congratulate Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, the Deputy Governor of Abia State. It is our fervent prayer that the Almighty God will endow you with the enablement to successfully pilot the affairs of God’s own State.
