Ogah Hails Ex-COAS Lt. Gen. Ihejirika Rtd on 69th Birthday

Dr Uchechukwu Ogah, the former Minister of Mines and Steel Development felicitates Dike Abia, Lt. Gen. Onyeabo Azubuike Ihejirika Rtd, on his 69th anniversary.
