2025 Teachers’ Recruitment Exercise: Abia Govt Reveals Next Step for Successful Applicants
The Abia State Ministry of Education has advised successful applicants who have printed their offer of appointment to upload their acceptance letter and medical report from 5th June to 17th June 2025.

The Abia State Ministry of Education has advised successful applicants who have printed their offer of appointment to upload their acceptance letter and medical report from 5th June to 17th June 2025.
In a letter signed by Dr Uzomaka Amah-Mbah, the Chairman of the Recruitment Committee for the Commissioner of Basic and Secondary Elder Goodluck Ubochi on Wednesday, it was revealed that the portal for uploading acceptance letters and medical reports will be closed after two weeks.
It revealed that applicants who fail to upload these requirements will be deemed as having rejected the appointment. It also requested that applicants should reupload their certificates.

The statement also directed applicants who have submitted their acceptance letter and medical report to SEMB or ASUBEB to retrieve and upload them online.
It further warned that all medical reports will be verified, and any falsification will lead to disqualification for the applicant. It also requested the LGA of residence and residential address.
The statement clarified that no physical submission will be allowed as every communication and lapse of the exercise will be handled digitally.
