Abia Govt Releases Posting Letters for Newly Recruited Teachers

Abia State Government has released the posting letters of the newly employed teachers in the 2025 Teachers Recruitment Exercise.

In a letter signed by Elder Goodluck Ubochi, the Commissioner for the State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, on Monday, advised the applicants to report to their places of assignment on or before the 1st of September, 2025.

It also revealed that applicants who were posted outside their Local Government of Residence or origin were necessitated by the inability of the schools in the LGA of Residence or origin to accommodate a vast number.

Dropping the number 09134447066 or 09135007067, it encouraged applicants to call the number and apply for reposting if their places of assignment pose severe challenges, but warned that it does not guarantee transfer, as it was liable to transfer to any school in Abia State as stipulated in the appointment letter.
