NFF Sanctions Kano Pillars Over Attack on Shooting Stars
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has handed down strict sanctions to Kano Pillars following a violent attack on players of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC).

As part of the disciplinary action, the club has been fined ₦9.5 million and banned from using the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano for the remainder of the season.

This means Kano Pillars will play their next 10 home matches at a neutral venue in Katsina State.
The NFF’s decision comes in response to the club’s failure to control its supporters during the attack, which endangered the safety of players and officials.
