Ohuabunwa Replaces Wabara as PDP Board of Trustees Chairman
Months after the Abia State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) suspended and subsequently expelled former Senate President, Senator Adolphus Wabara, from the party, it has elected Senator Mao Ohuabunwa as the new Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT).

The former Senator who represented Abia North has been officially sworn in taking over from Wabara, who previously held the position.
Ohuabunwa pledged to work with all organs of the party to rebuild trust and reposition the PDP for greater success ahead of future elections.
