Catholic Diocese Confirms Abduction of Priest, Killing of Others
The Catholic Diocese of Kaduna has confirmed the abduction of Reverend Father Bobbo Paschal, the Parish Priest of St Stephen Parish, Kushe Gugdu in Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State on the 17th day of November 2025.
In a letter, the Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Christian Okewu Emmanuel, stated that the Parish was attacked by terrorists who killed the brother of Rev. Fr. Anthony Yero and abducted many others.
It urged everyone to pray for their safety and quick release and also for the repose of the soul of the dead.
Recall that on Monday, ISWAP terrorists killed Brigadier-General M. Uba who was abducted, while other sets of terrorists attacked a government school, killing the Vice Principal and abducting 25 students of Government College, Kebbi State.
