Frontline House of Representatives aspirant for Ikwuano, Umuahia North and Umuahia South Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Mayor Lucky Obinwa Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu, has urged his supporters to remain calm, peaceful and law-abiding following the outcome of the party’s recently concluded primaries.

Speaking shortly after the exercise, Mayor Igbokwe thanked supporters across the constituency for what he described as their overwhelming love, loyalty and commitment throughout the process. He encouraged party faithful not to lose hope, insisting that the situation remains under control.
The APC chieftain reaffirmed his confidence in the leadership and internal democratic processes of the party, stressing that he still believes strongly in the APC’s commitment to fairness, justice and due process.
“We remain loyal members of the APC and we believe the party will do the right thing and return our mandate. I urge all our supporters to remain calm, peaceful and law-abiding as we continue to pursue every legitimate and democratic avenue available to us,” he said.
Mayor Igbokwe also cautioned supporters against making inflammatory statements or taking actions capable of escalating tensions, noting that the movement remains committed to peace, unity and democratic principles.
He further appreciated party stakeholders, community leaders, youths, women and supporters across the constituency who stood by the movement during the primaries, assuring them that their sacrifices and dedication would not be in vain.
