Abia Rejoice Movement Welcomes Gov. Alex Otti to Isuikwuato for Project Commissioning

The Abia Rejoice Movement has warmly welcomed the Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, to Isuikwuato, ahead of the official commissioning of several people-oriented projects executed within the local government area.

In a statement issued on behalf of the Doyen of the Abia Rejoice Movement, Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, the group described Governor Otti as a pragmatic, visionary, and performing leader whose administration has continued to inspire hope and confidence among the people of Abia State.

The movement commended the governor for his commitment to purposeful leadership, infrastructural renewal, economic transformation, and people-centred governance, noting that his administration has consistently demonstrated transparency, accountability, and dedication to improving the welfare of Ndi Abia.

According to the statement, Governor Otti’s “Abia Arise” vision has set a remarkable standard in responsive governance and strategic development across critical sectors, including road infrastructure, healthcare, education, security, sanitation, and economic empowerment.

The group further stated that the commissioning of the projects in Isuikwuato reflects the administration’s dedication to inclusive development and equitable distribution of democratic dividends across all parts of the state. It added that the projects would enhance socio-economic activities, improve livelihoods, and create opportunities for sustainable growth within the area.

Describing the governor’s visit as historic and symbolic, the Abia Rejoice Movement noted that Isuikwuato, regarded as the homeland of its leader, remains proud to identify with Governor Otti’s transformational leadership and vision for a greater Abia State.

The movement also praised the governor’s courage and resilience in addressing longstanding challenges confronting the state, while expressing confidence that his leadership has rekindled hope among the people and strengthened public trust in governance.

The statement concluded with prayers for God’s guidance, protection, wisdom, and sound health. It continued to strengthen Governor Otti as he steers the state toward peace, progress, and sustainable development.

It also wished him a successful, peaceful, and memorable project commissioning ceremony in Isuikwuato Local Government Area.
