Nsukka LGA Denies Gun Battle Between ESN/Nigerian Army, Accuses Man of Spreading False Claims
The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State has stated that there was no gun battle between the operative of the Eastern Security Network and the Nigerian Army in the region.
The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State has stated that there was no gun battle between the operative of the Eastern Security Network and the Nigerian Army in the region.

Speaking through a press release made available to news men on Friday, he said that although there was a presence of the ESN, they ain’t in the LGA neither is the Nigerian Army.

He urged the people of the communities to go about their work as there was relative peace in the communities.
Recall that yesterday, Newsleverage reported on a gun battle between members of the ESN and the Nigerian Army over a disagreement between the community and Fulani herdsmen.
