Aggrieved Nigerians have stormed the Court of Appeal, the venue for the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja asking the court to stop the inauguration of President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29.

Recall that the Justices of the Appeal Court are currently hearing the petition of the aggrieved candidates who participated in the 2023 general election.
Starring placards which read, ‘Do not swear in Tinubu Shettima had double nomination’ ‘Do not swear in Tinubu, he didn’t get 25% in FCT’ ‘INEC broke the law’, they stated that the law must not be discarded while urging that the rule of law must be upheld.
Meanwhile, the Action Alliance Political Party has withdrawn its petition against President-elect Asiwaju while Justice Haruna Simon Tsammni, the presiding judge representing the tribunal panel members, postponed the hearing of Atiku Abubakar and Allied Peoples Movement’s petitions to Tuesday.
