Notorious TikTok Bandit ‘Sule Yellow’ Arrested
The Nigerian military has apprehended a suspected bandit known online as “Sule Yellow,” following a targeted intelligence-led operation based on open-source intelligence (OSINT).

Sule Yellow, who operated a TikTok account under the handle @suleyellow6, had gained notoriety on social media for allegedly displaying activities linked to banditry. The account has since been deactivated and is no longer accessible to the public.
According to security sources, the suspect appeared during a TikTok Live session earlier this month alongside other individuals believed to be involved in criminal activities. During the broadcast, they reportedly showed little concern about being identified, openly displaying themselves and their actions.

Military authorities confirmed that Sule Yellow was arrested yesterday while returning from collecting a ransom payment tied to a recent kidnapping incident. The arrest followed intelligence monitoring and tracking carried out by security operatives.
Despite projecting a bold and intimidating persona online, witnesses said the suspect’s demeanour changed dramatically during the arrest.
Eyewitness accounts described him as visibly distressed, trembling and fidgeting, and reportedly struggling to speak as soldiers took him into custody.
