City Boy Movement Lauds Benjamin Kalu on PhD Achievement, Calls It Symbol of Excellence
The City Boy Movement, Abia State Chapter, has congratulated the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and his recent convocation at the University of Calabar.
