Man Arrested for Arresting Village Deity in Nsukka

A man identified as Nnajiofor Donatus has been arrested by the local vigilante for arresting their village deity known as Ibeku Opi in Nsukka, Enugu State.

It was gathered that Donatus stated that the deity has been allegedly tormenting his community with poverty, business failure and lack of marriage for the bachelors.

When asked, Donatus revealed that a higher spirit led him to arrest the deity that has rendered many people from the community useless and jobless.
