Groom Runs Away After Beholden Marriage List

An unidentified groom-to-be has run away after the family of his fiancee in Akwa Ibom State presented the traditional list to him in preparation of their nuptials.

In a Twitter post by, the groom was said to have gone through the list and run away stating he’s incapable of providing all that was written on the list.

In the list, the family included cartons of different drinks, 50 litres of palm wine, dozen of underwear and a host of others.
